At Juan & Sons Moving and Delivery Service, we've been rolling up our sleeves since 2009, helping people move across Riverside County and throughout Southern California. We're always looking to grow our crew with dependable people who can handle the job's demands and take pride in doing it right.
This isn't the kind of job where you coast through your shift. Some days are long. Some are even longer. But if you're wired to show up, stay focused, and move purposefully, you'll fit in just fine.
What We Do
We handle residential and commercial moves, short and long-distance, including state-to-state deliveries. On top of that, we provide packing services, storage coordination, furniture assembly, and even help with staging, including homes and offices. No two jobs are the same.
One day, you might be moving a family from Riverside to Temecula. Next, you could be delivering heavy furniture to a local business in San Diego or helping a homeowner stuck between closing dates and needing short-term storage.

Who We're Looking For
We're not hiring robots or corporate suits. We're looking for people who are:

Physically able to lift and move furniture, appliances, boxes, and whatever else our customers need to be transported.

We are punctual and reliable. Our customers expect us to be on time, and we expect our teams to do the same.

We are friendly and respectful because our customers invite us into their homes and businesses, and we don't take that lightly.

Flexible with their schedule. Some moves start early. Some run late. There's no clock-watching here.

We are team players. We hustle together, help each other, and do the job without drama.
Experience helps, but it's not required. We're more interested in your attitude and your willingness to work hard. If you've got moving experience, that's great—if not, we'll train you as long as you're coachable and serious about learning.
